The finals of Fengming Sichuan University, a campus singing competition, was held on Wangjiang campus on May 13.

The finals pulled open in the singing of the song To Youth by the SCU student choir.

In the first round of the "Youth Has Me" collaborative track performance, the contestants sang several classic songs, which carry beautiful memories for the generations of the 1980s and 1990s. The romantic songs A Thousand Miles Away and Beautiful Mythology immersed the audience in the sounds of nature. The mysterious and enthusiastic songs such as My Love ignited the atmosphere on site. What’s more,Summer by the Wind and Roof were relaxing and cheerful, bringing back memories of the youth.

In the second round of the "Sunshine and Sound", a solo competition, the contestants demonstrated their unique skills with impassioned performances such as Red Rose and White Rose, A Million Dreams,  Can't Arrive. The playful and lively performances such as Be My Forever, Different Thoughts, and Mojito and so on deeply touched the audience, immersing the listeners in the ocean of music.

The competition finals also invited former top ten campus singers Chen Keke, Jin Lei, Zhao Yi, and Wang Shida to perform. They sang classics of the times such as Iron Blood Heart, China in the Light, and Pursuit to the audience.

The student singers who won the gold medal in the 2021 and 2022 "Fengming Sichuan University" also came to the scene. The singing of A Smile in the Sea, Red Sun, Green Apple Paradise,  and Chapter drove the entire performance to a climax. The competition came to a successful conclusion in a lively atmosphere where the audience and performers sang Sing If You Want together.

The cheers and applause of the audience, along with the beautiful vocals of the contestants, constituted the most beautiful sound of this summer night. In the end, the teams of Liu Zurui's Life and 102C Double C excelled in the fierce competitions and won the gold medal. Peng Yue, Wu Jianling, Wang Yunlong, and Yan Jingyuan won the silver medal, while Yang You, and Xiangxi, Gemini, Wu Jiatong, Li Zhenghang, and Song Yulin won the bronze medal. In the songs of the contestants, they conveyed a love for ordinary things, an interpretation of exciting youth, and a longing for a bright future.
