The 2023 National Science and Technology Award Conference was grandly held in the Great Hall of the People on the morning of June 24. A total of 5 achievements of Sichuan University have won the National Science and Technology Award, including one first prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award (SCU being the first work unit of the project), one first prize of the State Technological Innovation Award (SCU being a participant), one second prize of the State Technological Innovation Award, and two second prizes of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award.

"Preparation of High-Performance Lithium-Ion Battery Diaphragm Based on Polyolefin Condensed State Structure Adjustment and Control" is a project chaired by Professor Fu Qiang from the College of Polymer Science and Engineering and the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering.

The project "Transparent Analysis Technology and Application of Rock Mass Stress Field in Deep Energy Development" won the first prize of the State Technological Innovation Award. Professor Zhang Ru of theCollege of Water Resource and Hydropower participated in the project. "Key Technology and Application of Integrated Light Field 3D Display" won the second prize of the State Technological Innovation Award (Professor Deng Huan of the College of Electronics and Information Engineering participated.); "Development of New Equipment for Lithium Battery Precursor Reaction Crystallization and Intelligent Manufacturing of High-End Cathode Materials" (Professor Guo Xiaodong of the School of Chemical Engineering participated.); and "Establishment and Promotion of Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment System for Children with Congenital Heart Diseases"( Professor Hua Yimin of West China Second University Hospital participated.) won the second prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress.
