The Sichuan Science and Technology Award conference convened in Chengdu on March 25. A total of 40 projects of Sichuan University won the 2021 Sichuan Science and Technology Award, including 14 first prizes, 13 second prizes, 12 third prizes and one scientific and Technological Innovation Award for Outstanding Youth. 21 of the award-winning projects were led by SCU, including 10 first prizes.

Vice President Chu Liangyin and award winner representatives attended the meeting. Professor Chen Lei of our university received the first Sichuan Science and Technology Innovation Award for Outstanding Youth(only 5 people received this award this time), and Chen spoke as the award winner representative at the meeting.
