At 7pm October 25, the 13th SIA Yixiubei Fashion Design Competition and the 7thUniversity Fashion Model Contest opened at Jiang-an Campus of Sichuan University.
Fashion Show
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of Fashion Design Project and the 12th anniversary of Yixiubei Fashion Design Competition. The workers for the competitions have been conscientious, bringing us a lot of visual surprises. In addition, the fashion models have given their best in exhibiting fashion styles.
The fashion show kicks off this competition and the audience gets excited and erupts into applause. The Fashion Design Project’s graduating Class 2018 has provided fashion designs for dresses at the fashion show.
“Yixiubei” ‘Competition Finale
This competition started accepting fashion design works in March 2018 and received more than 50 fashion design works. After six months of reviewing and evaluating, the panel of judges has picked 11 fashion works to showcase the hard work of new fashion talents who represent the fashion design trend of a new generation.

Fashion Model Contest
After intense competitions of two rounds, 36 models have made it to the finale. They come from different colleges and schools, majoring in liberal arts, sciences, engineering, medicine and performing arts. After one week’s training by professionals, these 36 models have presented a wonderful show at catwalks. Being the second section of this gala, the fashion model contest is made up of two parts: team competition and style demonstration.
