The first China Engineering Management Case Competition (2021) drew to a close on Sept. 24. The competition was sponsored by China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center and followed the academic guidance of the National Engineering Management Graduate Education Steering Committee. Two teams of the Business School advanced to the finals and won the first prize and the second prize respectively.

Launched in June 2021, the competition was divided into three stages: internal selection, regional promotion and national finals. 162 teams from 78 work units took part in the competition. 12 teams competed in the national finals.

The case Shanghai Construction Engineering BIM 5D Technology Illuminates the "Eye of Heaven" by Zhao Wenchao, Quan Qiang and et won the first prize. Professor Deng Fumin and Professor Liang Xuedong of the Business School served as advisers. The case "Data Driven Innovation - Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Capacity Guarantee" by Ren Qiang, Zheng Lei and others won the second prize. Professor Wu Peng and Associate Professor Li Ziyang were the advisers.

The Chinese names begin with family name in this report.
