From August 21st to 25th, the 26th Beijing International Book Fair/the 17th Beijing International Book Festival was held in Beijing. Over 2,600 publishers from 95 countries and regions participated in this book fair.International Journal of Oral Science ( IJOS ) and West China Journal of Stomatology have been selected, after careful screening, for exhibition at the book fair in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China
As an exhibition journal,International Journal of Oral Science ( IJOS ) has been devoted to building a high-level international exchange platform for global stomatological researchers since its publication in 2009. It has won international recognition within a few years after its establishment. It is included in SCI, Pubmed, Scopus, CABI, IC and other internationally renowned database. This periodical was elected top 100 Chinese outstanding academic journals in 2013, 2015 and 2017. In 2013 and 2016, it was selected as a recipient of the International Importance Promotion Program of Chinese Science and Technology Journals ( Category A ). It was awarded “China's Most Beautiful Journal” in 2014 and 2016, and “China's Academic Journals with the most international influence” six times in a row from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, it receivedthe Fourth “Chinese Publishing Government Award -Journal Award,” “Excellent Team of China University Journals”, “Outstanding China University Science and Technology Journal”. Last but not least, it was included into the “Going Out” database of Chinese excellent original periodicals and selected for the achievement exhibition of "Five Years of Forging Ahead".
West China Journal of Stomatology is a professional journal of oral medicine sponsored by Sichuan University and supervised by the Ministry of Education. Being first published in August 1983, its main task is to report the experience, achievements, technological innovations and academic trends of stomatological workers in disease prevention and treatment, scientific research and teaching in China. West China Journal of Stomatology is included in the first to eighth editions of the Chinese Core Journal Catalogue (Peking University Edition). It is one of the statistical source journals of Chinese scientific and technological papers ( The Key Magazine of Chinese Technology ). It is named a RCCSE ( Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation ) academic periodical by the China Center for Scientific Evaluation. In addition, it is included in the medical index ( IM ), MEDLINE database, Scopus database of the United States National Library of Medicine, American Chemical Abstracts ( CA ), ULRICH'S ( Urich Journal Guide ) and EBSCO database. Furthermore, it is listed in the database of Chinese sci-tech journals,Chinese Science Citation Database( CSCD ),VIP, China Hospital Knowledge Databases, CNKI-CJFD and database of Chinese core journals.
In recent years, West China Journal of Stomatology has won the titles of 100 Chinese outstanding academic journals, advanced publishing units of “China Publishing Government Award”, the 3rd “China Top-quality Sci-Tech Journal”, “Top 100 Journals with Digital Influence” and “Top 100 Sci-Tech Journals of Chinese Universities”.
