On April 21, SCU held a ceremony for the signing of responsibility contracts for the term from 2022 to 2026 in the Huiwen Hall of Wangjiang campus. Chairman Wang Jianguo of the university council, President Li Yanrong and all other university leaders, as well as the main principals of all departments and secondary units attended the ceremony. On behalf of the university, Wang Jiangguo thanked everyone for their contributions to the development of SCU in the last term. He said that the assessment system and evaluation methods for the objectives responsibility letter of the new term are primarily based on three considerations: first, highlight the "two greatness" and focus on the core competitiveness. Second, highlight the orientation of high-quality development and support major breakthroughs. Third, emphasize both incentive and restraint simultaneously, and strengthen process assessment. He hopes that the cadres of the whole university will earnestly fulfill their main duties and responsibilities, unite teachers and students, work together, explore and innovate, overcome difficulties, and strive to achieve the goals of the new tenure.
