SCU puts into full effect the guiding principles of the notice “Several Opinions on Standardizing the Use of Relevant Indicators of SCI Papers and Establishing Correct Evaluation Guidance in Colleges and Universities”(2020, No.2) by MOE and MOST of the People's Republic of China, and emphasizes the quality of scientific results. The university vigorously promotes the development of discipline connotation by virtue of internationally influential research papers. Based upon the latest Clarivate Analytics data on academic subjects, our department has comprehensively analyzed and compared the global academic influence of 42 domestic universities under the development of “double first-class” status so as to better guide SCU’s future development of academic subjects. This report can be used for the university administrators’ reference.
