This year is the beginning of the 14th five-year plan as well as the second phase of the “double first class” development. In order to fully understand the achievements of the 42 universities under "double first class" development during the 13th five-year plan period and the first phase of "double first class" development, we have collated the indicators and data of the 42 "double first-class" development universities in terms of teaching staff, personnel training, scientific research, and so forth for the reference of university leaders, colleges and relevant departments. The data is incomplete, falling short of many indicators, though we have done all we can to obtain the statistics. We apologize for that.
