The election committee of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI) recently announced that Professor Zeshui Xu of SCU’s Business School was elected a Distinguished Fellow of the institute in 2022.

Being an IEEE fellow, IFSA fellow, IET fellow, BCS fellow, RSA fellow,EASA member,IASCYS academician, and so forth,Zeshui Xu has been selected as Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researchers and included in The World's Most Influential Scientific Minds 2014-2020; and Most Cited Chinese Researchers ( Ranked first in Computer Science, 2014-2019 ). He has also been awarded the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education ( 2 first prizes and 1 second prize ). He now is a member of editorial board, consultant editorial board, deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief for IEEE, TFS, INS, KBS, INFFUS, FODM, IJFS, TEDE, JMLC, APIN and SSCI/SCI. He has published 18 monographs in English through Springer, 650 SSCI/SCI papers, and been cited over 68,000 times. His H- Index is 136.
