SCU fully carries out “Several Opinions on Standardizing the Use of Relevant Indicators of SCI Papers and Establishing Correct Evaluation Guidance in Universities” (Education Science and Technology) [2020] No. 2), sticks to the “four orientations” and highlights high-level scientific research. The university adopts higher standards for academic innovation, underscores the quality of scientific achievements to promote the quality of academic papers. The report has studied the publication of academic papers and citations of those papers over the past ten years, paying special attention to papers with zero or few citations as well as academic papers based on international cooperation. It also compares our university with some first-class domestic universities to identify gaps. In this report, we tally the academic papers according to individual colleges and schools in order to reveal the situations of individual colleges and schools in terms of academic paper publication and paper citations.
